Renuka Shanmugalingam is a nephrologist and obstetric medicine physician with a clinical and research interest in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and renal obstetrics. She completed a PhD on hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and led the development of SOMANZ's Hypertension in Pregnancy Guideline 2023. Renuka is a strong believer of patient centred holistic care and continues to advocate for this through her clinical, research and leadership roles.
